Make a Referral

Welcome to the Upper Hunter Youth Services (UHYS) referral process. Making a referral is the first step toward providing support to young individuals facing various challenges. We understand that reaching out can be a significant decision, and we’re here to guide you through the process.

If you’re a young person seeking support or know someone who might benefit from our services, take the first step by reaching out. Let us know your thoughts, concerns, or questions through our contact form. We’re here to listen and assist you in any way we can. Start the conversation, and together, we can explore how UHYS can support your journey.

As a parent or caregiver, your insight is invaluable. If you believe your child could benefit from our services, or if you have questions about the referral process, connect with us using the contact form. Our team is here to provide the information you need and guide you through the next steps.

Schools and service providers play a crucial role in supporting youth. If you’re considering making a referral on behalf of a young person, our intake and referral form is available online for completion. For initial inquiries or collaboration opportunities, please use the contact form. We look forward to connecting with you and exploring how we can work together to support the youth in our community.
